Balance differences from node and explorer for an address

The balance which is shown on the explorer doesn't match with that which is given by the node at blockheight 33826954.
Address: dydx14gthatut55nsna6arq5tqgxwuks6reseww2keu

The latest transaction was at blockheight 31725351. So, ideally the balance at 31725351 should be equal to 33826954. But, it is not the case.
