Since all this time, i found the solution.
The vkr_percent (real part relative of short-circuit voltage) can be calculated as follow :
vkr_percent = P_cu (Power loss in the copper in kW) / S_trafo (nominal rated apparent power of the tranformer in kW) * 100
It's one way of calculate vkr_percent in PowerFactory :
