스프링 프레임워크나 주요 오픈소스는 질문을 하거나 답변을 등록할 수 있는 Community Support 링크를 템플릿에 추가해서 프로젝트 이름으로 StackOverflow로 연결해서 관련된 질문을 하거나 답변을 할 수 있게 하고 있습니다.
표준프레임워크에서는 표준프레임워크 홈페이지의 '묻고 답하기'를 링크를 걸어서 커뮤니티 사이트와 연계하는 것이 활성화하는 데 더 도움이 될 것 같습니다.

It would be helpful to add a link for searching and posting Q/A in the Issue template.
Many major open-source projects, including the Spring Framework, provide a "Community Support" link in their issue templates. This link usually directs users to StackOverflow (tagged with the project name), where they can ask related questions or post answers.
For the Standard Framework, it may be more effective to link to the Q&A section on the official Standard Framework website. Connecting the community site with the template in this way could further encourage participation and support
