Comparison between Earthstar and WebNative Filesystem?

I am using wnfs in my project because it offers pretty helpful tools around encryption.

• create private 'files' that only you are able to read
• create private files that are shared with select other people (private groups)

I don't know enough about earthstar though to say if or what the equivalents would be around privacy.
