Birt 4.13.0: EmitterID org.eclipse.birt.report.engine.emitter.pdf for render option is invalid.

Hello,
i have an javaee-application (java 11, build-management is done via maven) where i have integrated Birts report engine (4.8.0). Output is pdf format. That works just fine so far.
Now after updating to Birt 4.13.0 I get this error-message:
Birt 4.13.0: EmitterID org.eclipse.birt.report.engine.emitter.pdf for render option is invalid.
I haven't changed any code which looks like this:

final IReportEngine reportEngine = BirtEngine.getBirtEngine();
      // ...      
      // Get Runnable Birt-Design 
      IReportRunnable design = getBirtDesign(reportEngine, aBirtInput, theBirtConfigdaten);
      
      // Create Birt-Task

The emitter-jar and config is there in folder "reportEngine\plugins":

Marco, don't waste your time with 4.13. Try 4.14 instead which is about to be released. Get it from our downloads.

No, BIRT 4.14 runs not with Tomcat 10 but you can use the lates Tomcat 9.0.76 instead.

@wimjongman Is 4.12 also known to be buggy? Because here I get same error concerning invalid emitterId. I was hoping to be able to upgrade from 4.8 to 4.12 at least, since 4.14 is about to be released in october at the earliest, as it seems.

Buggy is maybe not a good word, but there have been issues identified in 4.13 and previous versions that have been addressed in 4.14. Just try out 4.14.

I tested 4.14 and with pdf-emitter everything now seems to be working so far.
