Description

Description of jkube.debug.suspend configuration option used in k8s:debug goal looks incomplete and does not clearly describe what it's doing:

We need to improve this so that it's clear enough for user by checking what this flag is doing in code(e.g. setting environment variables JAVA_DEBUG_SESSION,JAVA_DEBUG_SUSPEND etc)
