doc(kubernetes-maven-plugin): remove/fix invalid reference

Description

The kubernetes-maven-plugin doc contains some invalid references (dead links). These needs to be removed or adapted.
With latest asciidoctorj, the doc is failing to build:

Thanks for your willingness to contribute. This issue is still to be discussed, not really up for grabs yet.
I'll be creating more Hacktoberfest specific issues.
