Support for Semantic Highlight

I have noticed that semantic tokens is missing in LSP4E, we probably need to have support for it, so I have started looking at it and how to add it to LSP4E codebase.

Would you think it is possible to make semantic highlight work with the TM4E reconciler so that the user has very quick highlight from TM4E and then a second highlight update coming from the LS via the semantic highlight?

I have seen one can define several presentation reconcilers but the generic editor will pick the first one and discard the rest.

Would it be possible to have a composite reconciler that runs in parallel a LS request and the TextMate reconciler and then apply the results in the right order?
