Describe the bug
We want to improve the accessibility of our software, and as a first step, we have switched the colors to system standards to support high contrast mode for Windows. During this process, we noticed that the grid lines of tables are not displayed. We are using Eclipse 4.32 and our application runs in compatibility mode.

To Reproduce
I was able to reproduce this behavior using the 'RCP 3.x application with a view' sample project from the Plugin Project Wizard. To verify, create a similar project, enable high contrast mode in the Windows settings, and then launch the application.

Expected behavior
We expected to see table grid lines similar to those in the Eclipse IDE.
