[Kyron] spmc broadcast channel internal implementation improvements

Currently, spmc broadcast uses spsc for each receiver. We probably shall change all that to use
single-producer-multiple-readers queue with additional surrounding to save memory and also simplify handling of errors. However, that may be quite more complex implementation.
