Upgrading Score aspect_rules_py beyond 1.6.6 results in error of CR_Checker

If inside of score we would upgrade the aspect_rules_py beyond 1.6.6 (for example to latest which is 1.8.4) there is the following issue: 
```
ERROR: /home/maximilianp/qorix/score/BUILD:35:18: //:copyright.fix: missing input file '//:cr_checker.py'
```

This seems to be a weird configuration issue I'm guessing though unsure of the root cause.
