As explained by @angelozerr in eclipse-wildwebdeveloper/wildwebdeveloper#1140 (comment) auto-renaming of XML-tags is always active and there's no setting to deactivate it.

It would be nice to have an option, that can in eclipse then show in form of a push button in the toolbar or the general settings of the XML editor to enable or disable it.
