[Feature Request] - Make each artist clickable

Summary

Currently, an artist listing will only link to the first artist in that list, regardless on which name you clicked

Description

Link to the corresponding artist by providing multiple links.

Use Case

It is easier to navigate to a corresponding artist, for example when the vocalist and track producer are listed as seperate artists, or the song simply has multiple artists.

Additional Context

Though this applies for everywhere artists are mentioned.
This feature is also implemented in io.github.zyrouge.symphony for reference

+1 In my case I use ;, since Navidrome UI and Feishin seems to prefer it.

When use , they count as single artist in both (navidrome and feishin).

@Kurami32 this is an issue with the app instead of navidrome. even when the artists are separated in navidrome the first artist is the only one clickable in tempus.

for your issue you might want to look at your config file. This wiki page should help.
I use:

Tags.artists.Split = [" / ", " feat. ", " feat ", " ft. ", " ft ", "; ", " & "]
Tags.albumartists.Split = [" / ", " feat. ", " feat ", " ft. ", " ft ", "; ", " & "]
