Allow encoding of metadata in CSV-files

• Currently no metadata can be coded into the csv-files which leads to loss of metadata
  At the beginning of the CSV-file, it should be possible to add such information in the form:

# Key1: Value1
# Key2: Value2
# Date: 2023-11-02
# Description: Sample CSV with Metadata
