[Bug] Tables don't initialize with correct classes for stretch setting

When editor data is saved and then re-loaded later, the flag for stretched is correct (e.g. the setting is being saved and loaded fine) but the CSS class ce-block--stretched is not applied to tables for which stretched is set to true until hitting the "Collapse" button and then "Stretch" button again.

I'm seeing this today as well after updating our editorjs plugins.

I'm temporarily fixing this by adding the following to my editorjs/hotfixes.js file and then running it on editor load:
