Are keywords that start with a number allowed, ie `:1` ?

https://github.com/seancorfield/dot-clojure/blob/develop/deps.edn This file on line 159 has :1.10.1, by the spec parsing this should be caught as a keyword but a keyword should follow the rules of a symbol. Maybe I have not understood something?
