Return category-level metadata for Flow (optional but helpful)

Flow users often need visibility into computed ranges and allocations (cat1ActualStart/end, usableDays, hoursPerDay). Today you only return exceptions + error.

How to implement: Extend ScheduleExceptionOutputWrapper with optional fields like:

• cat1Start, cat1End, cat1HoursPerDay, cat1UsableDays, etc.
