Support needed for Full Deployment(Beta) on Oracle Cloud

We are trying to setup the Digit platform on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure(OCI) by referring the full deployment method as per the documentation https://core.digit.org/guides/installation-guide/digit-deployment/full-deployment-beta. We are able to successfully deploy all the charts using the helmfile method. Able to confirm all the pods came up in both egov and backbone namespaces. Need support for the following issues.

1. We have also followed the DataSetup Guide section https://core.digit.org/guides/data-setup-guide
2. Able to create the users using the postman collection provided under the Bootstrap DIGIT section. https://core.digit.org/guides/data-setup-guide/bootstrap-digit
3. executed the postman collection provided for localization under https://core.digit.org/guides/data-setup-guide/localisation-module

Currently we have the below observations from our environment

1. egov-user-event pod is not coming up with ImagePullBackOff error. Below error message is shown when describing the pod
   Back-off pulling image "egovio/egov-user-event-db:scg-without-default-ratelimiting-aa5653bf8f-19
   How critical is this pod for validating the basic PGR flow through provided demo UI?
2. In the demo UI not all the labels are getting loaded and most of them are being displayed with the label keys. Do we need to follow any other steps to make sure the localization is complete for the demo UI
3. Not able to register/login as citizen though we are able to login successfully with the employee role

Need support in fixing the above issues so that we can demonstrate a basic flow like creating grievance as a citizen and the verifying the same using the employee role.
