AIM of EHSM

To showcase the best of the best in do it yourself and hacking

Communication methods:

Advertising

Tickets

  • Online shop
  • Possible prices €30 (student) - €80 (standard) - €200 (supporter)

Budget

  • Non- profit enterprise
  • Funds used primarily for transport and accommodation of speakers

Timing

  • Friday, Saturday and Sunday in spring (April/ Early May) or fall (Late September/ October/ Early November) 2017 where no other similar events clash

  • Fix this by mid-January.

Need lecture hall around 300 people, eating options/catering, workshop rooms with nearby accommodation

  1. Ahaa science center Tartu, Estonia Lecture hall for 150, some space for workshops. Several smaller rooms also available. Mini maker faire on 20 May.
  2. Mektory Tallinn, Estonia Lecture hall for 300, workshop space, catering can be arranged, accommodation nearby - Tähetorni Hotel, student dorms
