Describe the bug
Wenn man in den Plugineinstellungen die Option "Sollen Nutzende Videos teilen oder weltweit öffentlich freigeben können?" deaktiviert, was ja eigentlich nur dafür sorgen sollte, dass keine Share-Links und öffentlichen Freigaben erstellt werden können, dann verschwindet im "Video freigeben"-Dialog auch die Liste der Stud.IP-Nutzer, die Rechte an diesem Video haben.
