[REQUEST]: Changes to Connect to Bedrock docs page

Description

We need to make the following changes to this page:

1. the flag at the top of the page that currently says: "Only Amazon Bedrock's Anthropic models are supported: Claude and Claude instant." should be changed to "We support the Claude 3 family of models"
2. In Step 4 of the Enable Model Access section on the page, please remove Claude Instant there
3. We will need to change ModelIDs in Step 5 of Configure the Amazon Bedrock connector section of the page. new ModelIDs to come.
