Not doing this one for now. It would be nice to have architecture docs at some point, but we don't have those for now.

I adapted CONTRIBUTING from apm-agent-nodejs.git.
LICENSE tweaks are updating from the authority: https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.txt
