Description
Fleet-server API should be changed to allow for a defined duration value which would indicate a soft timelimit for collection diagnostics bundles.
This would be used to control how long a CPU trace is collected (when the CPU parameter is sent), or the requests context timeout when connection request diagnostics are collected
