QQ: Any reason why you are using a snapshot and not the official release of it?
I'm looking at the deployment right now.

Looks like the plan failed, worth reaching out to the cloud team.

Thank you for looking into this. @jlind23

We were planning kibana-agent upgrades from 7.17.27>8.18.0>9.0.0, which is currently possible on snapshot builds only.

Thanks!!

Looks like it is failing with this error:
Error: starting legacy apm-server: installing apm-server (7.17.28-SNAPSHOT) from /app/elastic-agent/data/downloads to /app/apm-server/: artifact for 'apm-server' version '7.17.28-SNAPSHOT' could not be found at '/app/elastic-agent/data/downloads/apm-server-7.17.28-SNAPSHOT-linux-x86_64.tar.gz'

For an unknown reason Integration server 7.17.27 is looking for an apm-server 7.17.28

I believe 7.17.27-SNAPSHOT are now unusable to do this.. Any change you can test with 7.17.28-SNAPSHOT instead?
