Describe the bug
The error message for OpenAI API key exhausted is not well defined for the user

Kibana/Elasticsearch Stack version

VERSION: 8.16.0
BUILD: 79314
COMMIT: 5575428dd3aef69366cddb4ccf07a2a26d30ce48

Pre conditions:

  1. Kibana build for version 8.16.0 should be available
  2. AI connector should exist for OpenAI

Steps:

  1. Login to the above mentioned build
  2. Navigate to Attack Discovery tab under Security section
  3. Click on Generate with the OpenAI connector
  4. Validate the error is shown

Expected Result
The error should be well defined when API key is exhausted

@muskangulati-qasource, what do you mean by exhausted here? The "details" section in the error dialog should contain all the necessary information.
