Describe the bug:
There is a flashing error banner when saving a new pipeline

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Ingest Pipelines
  2. Click Create Pipeline > New Pipeline
  3. Configure a new pipeline with or without processors. Make sure you don't have any error
  4. Click Create pipeline
