According to the governance repo there are several working groups, each of which should be keeping meeting minutes, some never kept any minutes, and the rest have all stopped keeping minutes 1, 2, even 3 years ago. Perhaps the page could be updated to clarify what the current expectations are?

Hey @beorn,

We're currently in the process of revising the Charter and revisiting what a Chair is responsible for. This charter was made in 2019 (along with the initial ideas around minutes) which predates a lot of changes in Electron and the world 😆. In the past some working groups kept minutes, lot's of groups have stopped meeting as regularly and dropped back to an async work / meet-when-needed model and other's never made minutes public in the first place (E.g. Security, Community and Safety, etc.)

It's a fair callout that these things aren't super clear though 🙃 We'll poke around and see if these can/should be posted or if we need a new system given how we actually do work nowadays is less meeting driven and more async-decision driven.

Thanks Marshall. It makes sense.

As can be seen from the spirited discussions, a lot of people care about Electron and its future, and are very grateful for all the work you put in as stewards of the project.
