Steps to reproduce

  1. Connect Element X on android with my own Matrix server
  2. It finds my nextpush and registers, but no notifications
  3. Run troubleshoot notifications

Outcome

What did you expect?

The notify push message should go to a gateway

What happened instead?

It is sent to a non existing _matrix/push path on my Nextcloud server

Your phone model

Google Pixel 9 Pro XL

Operating system version

Android 15

Application version and app store

Element X 0.7.3 from F-droid

Homeserver

Synapse 1.118.0+noble1

Will you send logs?

No

Are you willing to provide a PR?

No

My bad, it works differently for Element X which doesn't use the matrix gateway
