Description:

Add functionality to chat with AI in the Synapse server:

Many AI providers, such as OpenAI and Google, offer APIs that allow integration with their AI models. I suggest adding a configuration option to the homeserver.yaml file to enable chatting with an AI model. Once this configuration is added and submitted, it will automatically create a dedicated room for the AI model, allowing anyone on the server to interact with it.

Meta AI and ChatGPT are now both on Whatsapp and this request is before they released their products on Whatsapp. I think it will be valuable for entities who wants to have assistant on their synapse server.
