Support text buffers like plain text selection or URL

Contractor should support manipulating not only files but also text buffers passed to it. Contractor core is able to handle that. We still need to:
 1) Establish .contract keys for passing a data stream instead of file names
 2) Adjust contracts accordingly

In don't see any actual suggestions for why this is important in the Doc, but I'd like to add that this is essential for cool features like:

1. Add to Agenda
2. Look up in Dictionary
3. Tweet This (this could even be augmented for Noise to do something like Tweeting the currently playing song)
4. Run in Terminal (might be cool if we can detect that its a valid command)
5. Create New Event (would be awesome if Maya had natural language input)

etc etc
