I've created v0.0.1 alpha release of the first binary Windows distribution of UBA. You can download it here:
https://github.com/otseng/UniqueBible/releases/tag/v0.0.1
Unzip it and double-click on UBA.exe. That's it. No pre-installation of Python or anything else required.
