ux: task management page refresh rate too high

the task list refreshes every few seconds, with the refresh symbol becoming visible and shifting the entries of the list downwards for a second. This is a bit irritating. Either refresh much less often (there is a manual refresh button available), or make it less intrusive, so that the symbol doesn't move the entries. Could also add a "last refreshed" timestamp or similar
