Implement test discovery - convention over configuration.

This is just an idea at this point that will develop into something with flesh and bones.
My initial thought is naming, targeting binaries with _test_ in the name and functions that end with Test within those binaries.
I'm not sure I want to take the preprocessor-based macro route of GoogleTest; that feels... not in line with the goals of this project.
