Customize "need help" button and URL #708

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I cannot find a way to customize the help button and link e.g. remove the help button or customize the help link (own URL).
Describe the solution you'd like
A possibility to configure the help button and the destination URL.
Describe alternatives you've considered
The best way is to add settings for it instead of hack the uppload code directly. E.g. removing the help button with CSS is not the elegant way. On the other side, many help links are broken.
