Color-code plan rows that begin/end in the future

For some operations, it can be helpful to set someone's plan end-date in the future. At a glance it would look like their plan has already ended, since most active plans don't have an end-date. So it would be nice if, in this case, the row (or just the individual field) could visually say "Hold up a minute, this date isn't what you might assume!"

This could also be helpful for keys, possibly other places.
