  • Generate TCG Ops for vector whole word load/store.

    • IN PROGRESS.
    • Review in progress, dialogue started with Alex Bennée over his patch comments.

  • Improve fault-only-first handling for vector load helper functions.

    • Review awaited on patch submission.

  • Improve strided load/store helper functions.

    • IN PROGRESS.
    • We have the framework for benchmarking performance.
    • so far have not been able to identify any improvements to the existing implementation.

Instruction timing for strided load/store

The testing framework can be found in the strided-load-store directory of this fork of the RISE QEMU tooling repository. It will be merged into the main tooling repository following review.
