Can't login when played with Color Wheel mod

The mod by itself works fine when I play online, I always login at the start of the game.

However, I want to play the game with the Color Wheel mod mentioned in the description. But when I do, I'm not able to connect to the servers.

I also tested the game out with only the Color Wheel mod individually, and the servers worked. The mods themselves work properly when together, the servers are the only problem.

FY1, the version is the GOG Spore Collection.
