SixLabors use a custom license that allows open source projects like Lutra to use their libraries under the terms of the Apache 2.0 License. Since their libraries are transitive dependencies for users of Lutra, they are licensed the same way for any games made with Lutra. Some people consider this to not be "Real Open Source", but I don't see why developers shouldn't be able to charge large corporations for the use of their code. There are other issues with the use of the Apache License since indigenous Americans have asked the foundation to stop using the name, but this is the world we live in.
