Support for ingest and delivery of audio and video files

Is your feature request related to new functionality not yet included in the product? Please describe.
Expanding on our current infrastructure, we need to provide full support for the ingest, preservation and delivery of audio and video files in Emory Digital Collections.

While we have basic ability to ingest these types of files already, we need additional support for working with very large files. We also need a robust delivery platform for streaming large files to end users.

This has been proposed to senior leadership in a one-pager roadmap proposal, but was deferred due to the storage cost required.
