Since Twitter has been rebranded to X, we need to mirror that in the footer for libraries.emory.edu/health

Note: Humanities faculty have been leaving X, and the M&E team is looking into BlueSky and other platforms. Health faculty remain on X.

I see that Health has a Twitter link in their home page. We could swap that with X once the icon is added to the pattern library.
