Terms of Services & Privacy Policy

These Terms apply to your use of the Service, Hans Bot (as that term is defined below). By accessing and using the Service:

• You agree to these Terms; and
• Where your access and use is on behalf of another person (e.g. a company), you confirm that you are authorized to and do in fact, agree to these Terms on that person’s behalf and that, by agreeing to these Terms on that person’s behalf, that person is bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to access and use the Service, and you must immediately stop doing so.

Changes We may change these Terms at any time by notifying you of the change by email or by posting a notice on the Website. Unless stated otherwise, any change takes effect from the date set out in the notice. You are responsible for ensuring you are familiar with the latest Terms. By continuing to access and use the Service from the date on which the Terms are changed, you agree to be bound by the changed Terms.

Accessing server messages Hans will read guild messages for old command format (as:!commandName until full migration) and for moderation purposes (scanning user's message for links and removing those if the functionality is activated).

Storing user data No message content or user data (name, email, avatar, etc..) is stored outside Discord, ex: external DataBase.

Security We care about the security of our users. While we work to protect the security of your content and account, we cannot 100% guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to exploit some errors (if any). Please keep your password secure. Please notify us immediately of any compromise or unauthorized use of your account.

Right of withdrawal Unless exceptions apply, the User may be eligible to withdraw. Simply Kick the bot from your Guild, since we're not storing any information, no other steps are required.

Disclaimers The Products and all included content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. . Hans takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Content that you or any other user or third party posts or transmits using our Products. You understand and agree that you may be exposed to User Content that is inaccurate, objectionable, inappropriate for children, or otherwise unsuited to your purpose. Unfortunately, people post bad stuff on user-generated content with bots like Hans. We take that kind of thing seriously but you still might run into it before we have a chance to take it down. If you see bad stuff, please report it to us.
