Show collapsible guidance hint on all views #1169

To expose this feature: #196

Some options:

  1. Add separate views for offline-capable and online-only, with 2 new API endpoints.

  2. Query parameter everywhere (and add option to existing API endpoints). Tbc how well this would work with offline-capable views. May interfere with regular offline-capable views or be needlessly complex to work around.

Or maybe it should be a collapsible guidance that is just always available in any form view (so no special views or API endpoints needed unless we want to facilitate auto-uncollapse during trainings). Any thoughts?
