Name change and enabling features individually

The name "Wiretap" is proving to be problematic for enterprise users and management. While I am not interested in tracking "Individual hits" and would happily remove the extension entirely in order to provide users with assurances that no one "tracking" their individual activity, I would lose the the features that I actually do care about; namely, the wiki site utilization versus time plots:

• Daily hits totals: (Data) (Chart)
• Unique user-hits: (Data) (Chart)
• Unique user-page-hits: (Data) (Chart)

And so this issue is a request to:

1. rename the extension to something less orwellian, and
2. provide a configuration parameter that enables or disables (or at least hides) the "Individual Hits" features.
