[Share app]:Deploy/undeploy fail with error for shared with edit option code app

How to reproduce

Preconditions:
user1 create code app

Steps:

1. user1 share created app with checked "Allow editing by other users"
2. user2 open shared link -> app is available for user2, deploy button os available
3. user2 click on Deploy button for shared code app

Actual result

error toast message is displayed "Application: Code app for sharing deploying failed"

Expected result

For code apps shared with checked "Allow editing by other users", buttons Deploy/undeploy should work

For now, it is not possible to deploy/undeploy a shared code application.
Changes on the BE are needed.

As temporary decision until epam/ai-dial-core#655 will be implemented, need to hide buttons Deploy/Undeploy for user who accepted sharing link for code app with edit permissions
