Improve query pattern

User Story:

As a user, I want every page to load promptly.

Notes:

Displaying surveys currently requires two queries link to code. Ideally these should be run as a single query, or concurrently via an async application.

Out of Scope

Solution depends on if it's more likely that I'll need to query something less than the full survey.

1. If not, implement as a single query.
2. If so, migrate to Quartz and implement as async with a gather.
