Add support for komodo

The APS plugin should be installable via komodo.

Related to that, we may want to look into publishing the plugin as an official package in GitHub.

We may also look into publishing the plugin as a PyPi package.
That will require some documentation / work on how one can make RMS aware of that plugin location.
