Fix failing docs on readthedocs #164

Two issues in one, kind of:

  • Docs seems to be failing on readthedocs. The have been failing for some time. This is probably not too hard to debug, but requires someone with access to the readthedocs account to debug. I think that is @dafeda . Probably some config issue in https://github.com/equinor/iterative_ensemble_smoother/blob/main/.readthedocs.yaml, but hard to debug without access to the readthedocs-log.
  • Related: perhaps we should build the latest release and not the main branch. I think now it builds main, and if we release slowly the the docs will always be (potentially quite far) ahead of the latest release.

None of these points are hard pressing issues IMO.
