Object reference not set, when installing package to innovator

Since I started using Innovator Admin, each time we install a package to an innovator instance the process ends with the 'Oops,..' message box,with the null exception message. The install process does complete successfully with the installation complete message, but the message bo

When you are first installing the package, there is a checkbox asking if you want to store the package in the database. It is checked by default to match Aras behavior, but doesn't work with the latest releases of Aras (11sp12+). If you uncheck that box, I believe that it will fix the errors that you are seeing. If not, let me know.
