Feature request: apply a time factor on developers #15

Some teams have developers that are only working on a tool part time. It would be awesome to be apply to apply factors for each developers.

Would be happy to take a stab at it if someone can provide some guidance (no experience with JS).

How do you think this should be visualized? I think one good way for highlighting part-time developers is to pick a color for them (e.g., shade of gray) that indicates that instead of adding this custom requirement...
