Test-drive ColBERT for RAG

I hear it's good! Should give it a shot, see how it works on a benchmark set of queries.

Having seen the field evolve, I am beginning to be unsure about whether we should use ColBERT or not. Will keep the issue alive for a few more months to see how things go.
